Vegetable oils such as soy , olive , avocado and sesame oil are also recommended. Among the products which should be avoided are included the following : pork meat, cream, coconut oil, palm tree oil, butter etc.

200 g / day of beef or chicken meat or fish. It is also advisable to eat the meat without the skin. Before cooking the meat one should clean all the fat from the skin surface (especially when cooking pork).
A healthy diet should contain:
– chicken meat and fish instead of pork
– the oil quantity used for cooking should be of maximum 8 spoons/ day
– eggs should not be of more than 3-4 / week
– it is advisable to reduce the quantity of salt used for cooking
