Living longer is not an exact science but there is a couple of things you can do to improve your chances.
You have to keep off the excess fat if you intend to live life to the fullest and stay strong and healthy is no news. In the same way, that you have to exercise to keep the fat off is no news. I’ll be giving a few ideas on some firms of exercises to do to keep your waistline trim in this article.
It is important you consult with your doctor before you begin any exercise or diet plan. The best routines can be harmful to you if you’ve got some underlying health issues. If you are on any medications for whatever health challenges, this is even truer.

Finding something you like doing is the best way to ensure you succeed. You’ll have to find an exercise you don’t consider a chore if you are going to exercise. Expand your mind beyond the 30 minutes on the treadmill rut.
To begin, the first question you would have to answer for yourself is “what do you like doing?” Swimming would be a good option if you love water. It is fun, easier on the joints than anything else, and can help you get a great workout.
There are tons of options available if you love to dance. There are also several classes into which various dances are incorporated as workouts. A dance workout demonstration I saw in a seminar I recently attended looked a lot like fun and a great workout too. It will be a lot easier to stick with any routine that helps you combine fun and workout.
What about hiking, biking and walking. If you love watching birds, you’ll be accomplishing two things if you take a brisk hike in the woods – you’ll be working out and viewing the different species of birds in your area.
Yoga has become one of my recent favorites. I’m not great at it as I just began it but I like the fact that I can be relax and still get a great workout at the same time. It may sound weird but the specific breathing patterns help me relax though it’s a lot harder form of workout than you might expect.
Getting two things out of one is right up my alley, as I’m kind of a multi-tasker.
If you find a good healthy exercise plan losing the excess weight and getting in shape, chances are you will live longer. So find what you find fun and interesting to do instead of worrying about fitting into what the ‘experts’ say. The more you enjoy your workout, the longer you’ll stick with it and the more you’ll do it.
