During the holidays, you have spoiled yourself with plenty of sleep and gastronomic delights. Good for you! Still, you don’t feel so great. You’re not in the mood for anything, you feel like there’s no energy left in you and all you want is to rest and get lazy for few more days. Yet, this is not the best solution to your problems.
Your lack of energy is due to the fat foods you’ve eaten in combination with alcohol, sweets and the lack of physical exercise. Your body has the capacity to eliminate the toxins and the noxious substances that endanger your health and the main organs that do that are the liver and the kidneys. But “bombing” them with toxins and fats for several days, the internal system of detoxification is compromised and what should have been eliminated is in fact deposited. Besides, many of Christian people keep the holy tradition of fasting before Christmas so their body id exposed to sever and multiple unbalances.
As I said, the human body has its own detox system that manages to fix what we have damaged through excessive amount of fat foods and alcohol. Nevertheless, this system need our help and we should keep in mind to avoid certain foods, drinks. For instance, we should avoid saturated fats that are our body’s number one enemy because they increase the LDL cholesterol level, a type of cholesterol that deposits inside the blood vessels leading in time to severe health issues. Besides, the excessive consume of fats overloads the gallbladder and can lead to gallstone colics. So be careful with that and remember that the first thing you should do is to give up fat foods: fat meat, salami, sausages, fries, sweets, pastas and, of course, alcohol.
Moreover, do not forget to drink 2l of water per day because when your kidneys eliminate the water from your body, they also eliminate the toxins. The more light water you drink, the healthier you’ll be. Try to avoid as much as possible acidulated juices and even fresh juices because, even if they are much healthier that acidulated drinks, they contain a lot of sugar.
Physical exercises are essential for the stimulation of detoxification process. The toxins may remain stocked in the tissues, especially if the blood circulation is slow and this leads to the unpleasant cellulites. And, if you don’t want to cry when the summer comes and you have to put your bathing suit on, make physical exercises in order to eliminate the toxins blocked in the adipose tissues from your buttocks, hips and ties. The physical exercise stimulates the blood circulation, the cells are better oxygenated and this determines a faster elimination of toxins. The lymph system plays an important part too in the detoxification process and the physical exercises intensify its functioning. Because during winter we spend a lot of time indoors, you should make your exercise outside. You could take a walk in the park or jog.
What else you could do? Well, you could have a massage or wrap your body with different naturist products that stimulates your blood circulation. Seaweed wrappings help diminish cellulites and adipose tissues and, in the same time, detoxifying, hydrating, tonifying your skin. The seaweeds contain moisturizing substances, cleaning and purifying agents that determine water, fats and toxins elimination. They are rich in oligoelements such as iodine, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc and selenium, proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates that help neutralize free radicals.
