A human body is made up of millions and millions of tiny organisms known as cells. These cells have their own capability to respire, ingest, eliminate and breed. The health of the cells determines the health of a human body and so, to keep them in the proper working conditions, these cells require some particular nutrition and needs to get rid of deposits of waste. The process which gives the cells the nutrition and the elements that are required by them to function properly so that they can produce energy and maintain the proper health of a human body is known as cellular nutrition.
Every cell is covered by layers which give the cell protection and dictates what goes in and what exists. This layer acts as a caretaker of the cells and ensures that the cell only permits the nutrients, which are required by them to perform a function at any given moment. The elements that are permitted to leave are the metabolic litters. One of the major causes of imbalance of cellular nutrition is the presence of oxidative stress and this kind of stress might make a person more prone to over 50 chronic health conditions like stroke, diabetes, cancer, heart diseases, etc.
It is quite important that a person maintains a proper cellular nutrition diet. This can be done by following a health program which provides the cells with exactly the nutrition that is required by them. A good way to start is by eating properly. A person should try and consume at least 7 servings of fruits and vegetable daily as it will reduce the chances of heart diseases, dementia and strokes to a huge extent. He or she can also decrease the amount of free radicals that the body produces by cutting down their stress level and avoiding ingestion of toxic chemicals. But, sometimes, these are not enough and thus, a proper expert in the field should be consulted for proper guidance.
