Simple changes in how your food is prepared can make great impact. For example, go from vegetable oil to olive oil, from red meat to boneless, skinless chicken, and fish. Avoid fried things and consumption of processed foods.
Shop for the fresh stuffs. In a grocery store, the things that are good for you are usually on the outskirts of the store, around the outside of the aisles while the processed ones are down the aisles. Go fresh. This means meals may take longer to prepare and that you may have to learn how to cook but you’ll lose weight and be healthier.
