Yet, those who have a drastic diet, risk to have a poor defense system and thus to be predisposed to diseases and infections. So it’s not really worth to risk your health for loosing a few kilos, is it?
There Are No Visible Results on Short Term
It is not compulsory so don’t panic. What you’ve lost in seven-ten days it’s worthless if you won’t maintain your new weight on long term. Yes, there are dangerous combinations: flour paste ware, rice, potatoes combined with fish and meat at dinner. Such a combination is like a Molotov cocktail for our body. But you still dream at such a menu, isn’t it? It’s ok, you can have pastas with meat, rice with fish at lunch, but with one condition: do some exercises, climb the stairs, avoid the elevator and go to the market by foot.
Cabbage Soup Diet
It is considered to be an extreme and dangerous diet. That’s because those who follow such a diet end at going to the doctor with hipovitaminosis, spasmophilia and mineral defaults. The purpose of a slimming diet is to feel good while you’re having it, and not to loose hair or to have exfoliated nails. Cabbage soup diet is preferred by those who can’t follow a long term diet. If you reached, the weight you wanted you mustn’t stop and you mustn’t go back to your old habits and eat a lot. If you do that, you will put on weight double as you had before keeping the diet. I’m not joking and your body is not joking either, as during the slimming diet he created a compensatory system to reduce burnings and to survive. With a low metabolism, and eating as you ate before the diet, you will definitely gain double weight.
Avoid the foods rich in concentrated sugars because they are a real danger for your silhouette. The body very quickly absorbs Marmelade, jam, honey, icecream, sugar, chocolate, biscuits, wafles, sweet drinks, fresh juices with no added sugar. You can go for light sodas, but not much. It’s better to drink water with lemon than light sodas with additives. Remember: stay away from high amidine foods, pastas, junk food and fast food!
